Why Am I Here?

Why Am I Here?

To answer the question: "WHY AM I HERE?" will take a great deal of understanding of the lesson " Who Am I?" It will be necessary for you to give a lot of thought as to your present life and also your life style. Try to make sense of why you have chosen to live this life the way you have, and where you are now. Are you living for yourself? Are you living to please others or another person? Or are you floundering around looking for a reason for living? When was the last time you asked yourself these questions? And what was your answer? If any. Could one of your answers have been to learn and serve? Was it your answer or did another person or maybe a book give you the answers. Did the answers come from deep inside of you? If we accept the answer to learn and serve, then that takes us to the next logical question: Learn What? Serve Who?

Please don't get the idea that you can be given the answer to this question in one or two lessons. The fact is, that this lesson can only give you a hint as to why we are here. To begin learning we must first master the process of learning. Then we move on to become a master in the art of serving. I don't want to give you methods that will only leave you more confused. So I will try to keep it as simple as possible, as I am a very simple man, and do my best when I teach at my level. Now that we understand where I am coming from, let us continue. Let me start the question of learning with a question. When we attempt to learn, what is the first thing we must do? What is the first step we must take? Is it not to search within to find what it is we want to learn? Then, when we find what it is we want to learn, we go to step 2.

What is the easiest and fastest method we can use? Jump in and don't worry how you are going to handle the experience you will be facing. In fact, don't give any thought as to what lies ahead. The reason being, that once you set up a situation in your thinking, that becomes your creation and you will need to deal with your own creation, like it or not, you will deal with it! Go into your experience knowing you will be faced with something, but also know that your divinity within has set it up and IT will have to deal with it, if it wants to grow. Deal with it, IT will, in a most positive way. Keep your mind and your mouth shut tight. Be still and listen to the still small voice that will guide and direct you through the whole experience. IT will always work for the betterment of your soul, not for the happy ending that you want for your PHYSICAL, MENTAL and EMOTIONAL bodies. CAN YOU ACCEPT THAT? As you were told in a previous lesson, the rules are simple, but the implementation of those rules can at times seem insurmountable, or so we think. For us there is no working it out, not possible. For IT, all things are possible. For in IT we live, move and have our being.

Let me suggest that the first lesson we attempt to learn will be the most difficult of all. That is to learn about one's self and that means ALL about ourselves. You may find that trying to learn about yourself will become the most difficult thing you have ever undertaken. But once you know your self, there is very little if anything You need to learn. All the great mystery schools taught the axiom MAN KNOW THYSELF AND YOU WILL KNOW GOD.

CAN I MAKE IT ANY CLEARER FOR YOU? My wish is that you understand just a little better as to why you are here. One last thought: you can't be in another place, but here in this earth plane, for that is all that exists. THE HERE AND NOW, WE DON'T HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE, IS THAT CLEAR?

QUICK RECAP

Go within to find what it is you want to learn.
Go within and seek the fastest and easiest way to learn.
Jump into your experience without thought as to the out come.
Keep your own creations out of the picture,
as that is what you will need to deal with on your own.
REMEMBER THE AXIOM
MAN KNOW THYSELF, AND YOU WILL KNOW GOD.

The above axiom was written between the pillars of all the great mystery schools.
